RIG has two bachelor's degree programs: BA and B.Sc. One specialization is available in the BA program, while two fields are available in the B.Sc. program.

• A candidate must have completed class 12th from a recognized board as a minimum qualification to get eligible for UG admission at RIG Institute.
• The institute will conduct a written test followed by an interview to select candidates. Thus, admission seekers have to write the entrance test and qualify to be eligible.
• BA Tourism Studies: It is offered in two halves. Candidates are required to study first two years through the course offered under the collaboration with IGNOU. Later, students will be transferred to NZMA (New Zealand Management Academy) for the final year.
• BSC Hotel & Tourism Management:  First two years duration, students will study in RIG. For the final year, students will be trained in HTMi Switzerland.
• BSc Hotel Management:  Under this course, students can study for two years in RIC, and then the final year can be completed in the University of Ulster UK.

In addition to the UG courses, RIG institute offers Diploma & Higher Diploma in the Hotel Sector. The candidate must have obtained a passing grade in their intermediate course with at least passing points to be considered for this position. The selection of the students depends on the written test conducted by the institute, and the interview process is also involved.
