GNIOT admission process for B Tech

The institute provides a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program with specialization options in eight fields.

• Candidates are required to have completed the 10+2 level examination from a recognized educational board.
• The eligibility criteria include passing two mandatory subjects, Physics and Mathematics, and one elective subject, Biology, Chemistry, Bio-Technology, or Technical Vocational.
• Admission to the B.Tech program is determined based on the scores gained in the JEE Main.
• Subsequently, the allocation of seats is carried out through the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTAC/AKTU) Counseling process.
• It's important to note that eligibility requirements include securing a minimum of 50% marks for candidates falling under the SC/ST category and 45% for individuals from other categories.
• These criteria ensure qualified candidates with varying backgrounds can pursue their B.Tech education at the institute.

GNIOT UG Admission

• At the UG level, GNIOT offers BBA, BCA, BSc, B Tech, and B Com admission. In addition, it offers a BBA+MBA integrated degree for five years. Admission to these UG programs is primarily based on merit.
• This means candidates are selected for these programs based on their academic performance and achievements without needing an entrance examination.
• Thus, Students must clear 10+2 exams with at least 60% aggregate marks in any stream.
• This approach ensures that students with strong academic backgrounds can enrol in the program of their choice and embark on their higher education journey at the institute.

GNIOT MBA/PGDM Admission Process

GNIOT offers admission to Management Courses like MBA and PGDM. Both have similar educational outcomes.

To be eligible for the MBA/PGDM program at the institute, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants should have finished a UG degree from any recognized Indian University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the AIU.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying degree. Relaxation is provided for candidates in the SC/ST category, and they should have a minimum of 45% marks in their qualifying degree.
• In addition to the educational qualifications, candidates are expected to possess a valid score in one of the recognized national-level management entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams include CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, and CMAT.
• Suppose students who have not attempted the abovementioned exams must take the GNIOT Entrance Exam.

GNIOT MCA/M Tech Admission

• Candidates who have finished their UG degree in a pertinent field can apply for admission to GNIOT.
• Candidates willing to apply for M Tech must have attempted GATE.
• For admission to the MCA, aspirants are selected based on UPCET scores.

2. Academic Record-Based Scholarship:

• Eligibility: Students with a consistent academic record of 65% throughout Xth, XIIth, and Graduation.
