Rajgad Institute of Management Research and Development was founded with a clear mission to help young people become skilled and professional managers who can tackle the challenges of the business world. The has received approval from the AICTE and is affiliated with SPPU. It is also recognized by the Government of Maharashtra (GoM).

RIMRD Pune offers admission to the two-year MBA with an annual intake of 120 students. Admissions are offered based on MAH CET/CMAT scores, followed by CAP Counselling. In addition to the MBA, Rajgad College has initiated certification programs, allowing students to gain additional skills and qualifications. Through strategic MOUs with various educational institutions, NGOs, and corporations, the College have broadened its network and opportunities for collaboration.

The MBA program is a full-time post-graduate degree program spanning two years, organized into four semesters. The MBA program has received approval from the AICTE, further validating the quality and standards of our education.

RIMRD Pune MBA Eligibility Criteria

For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:

• The candidate must hold Indian citizenship.
• A minimum of a three-year UG Degree in any stream with at least 50% marks (or equivalent). For candidates belonging to backward class categories and Persons With Disabilities from Maharashtra State, a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (or equivalent) is necessary.
• A non-zero score in the CET conducted by the Competent Authority (MAH-MBA) is mandatory.

For All India Candidature Candidates and Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates:

• The eligibility criteria (i) and (ii) remain the same.
• A non-zero score in the following examinations is required: MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2018, CAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, or XAT.

RIMRD Pune MBA Admission Procedure

The application procedure for the MBA program at Rajgad Institute of Management Research & Development (RIMRD) is as follows:

• Register yourself on the official website for the MAH MBA CET Portal.
• Appear for the MBA CET examination.
• Verify your documents at the Facilitation centre.
• The merit list of the students will be displayed on the DTE website.
• The next step is to fill out the option form by a candidate for CAP I, II, III.
• The seat allotment list shall be again displayed on the official website.
• After the formal procedures of reporting, payment, and document verification, candidates need to report to their institute within the time duration.
• Confirm your admission at the allotted institution. You need to indicate your preference as RIMRD during the choice-filling procedure.

The documents required are:

• Photocopy of the mark sheets of all the qualifying examinations
• Photocopy of the passport-size photograph
• Photocopy of the caste certificate (if applicable)
• Photocopy of the income certificate (if applicable)
