PCCOER is situated in Pune, Maharashtra that started functioning in 2014. This institute has permission from AICTE and NBA to work as a private engineering and research institute. It is affiliated to SSPU of Pune that offers UG engineering level courses like B-Tech and B-Tech lateral. It provides advanced Computer labs, Sports, Medical, Transporation, Accommodation, and other necessary facilities for its students as a well-established college. PCCOER also facilitates their students to get placed in some of the well-recognized companies that come as recruiters. PCCOER only UG courses, and they can also claim for a certain percentage of scholarship depending on the merit scores. The students under the merit list and the ones who are financially week are applicable for the scholarship facility.

  • The B-Tech admissions in PCCOER happen where the students are must have completed the 10+2 standard examination. B-Tech is a UG course for four years and is trained in Computer engineering, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
  • There is a particular entrance exam to join this course, i.e., JEE Main or MHTCET. The student will have to have good passing marks in these examinations according to the cut-off.
  • PCCOER also offers a B-Tech lateral program for its students that requires them to have good marks in the entrance exam for applying for this program.
  • Apart from that, candidates must score well in their 10+2 level board exams under the concerned state board or University. The accepting passing percentage for B-Tech lateral is 50% in all the subjects of the board exam.
  • The B-Tech lateral program is for three years as a full-time on-campus course. The selection criteria for lateral B-Tech admissions in PCCOER are on basic scores from board exams, especially mathematics and competitive exam.
  • For the admissions in PCCOER, students can apply online or offline. By either way, candidates have to fill in all the details, attach the documents, pay the application fees amount to complete the process.
  • The final selection of the candidates will happen based on the qualifying criteria of the applied candidates.

Engineering courses such as B.E admission will depend on the entrance test (MHT-CET) conducted at the state level for engineering courses. The essential qualification needed will be 12th passed with main subjects such as physics, mathematic and chemistry. Once the entrance test is cleared, students should fill a form to appear for counseling, the centralized admission process for seat allotment. There will be an option filling round in which students can choose this college. There will be three rounds of CAP conducted for seat allotment. Once the seat is allotted in this college, one must fill the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research admission form.
