NMIET is an engineering and technological institute situated in 2008. It is said to be a very familiar engineering college in Pune, Maharashtra. It focuses on students to improve their skills and academic performance. They also encourage non-curriculum activities along with academic excellence. NMIET offers B-Tech, B.Voc and B-Tech lateral programs. NMIET provides only undergrad programs with 3-4 years of course duration. Passing with at least 45% in 12th-grade PCM subjects is a must for a candidate. The yearly fee of the college is around ?82,000 which parameters wise makes it a college with reasonable fees. The college office is prompt in assisting students especially the ones from the economically weaker sections (EWS) through the scholarship channels.

For B.Tech admission 2026-2027 at NMIET - Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology, candidates must qualify through MHT CET or JEE Main and participate in Maharashtra CAP counselling. Nutan College B Tech Admission 2025 is mainly on the basis of entrance exam MHT CET 2025 or JEE Main 2025 scores, followed by CAP (Centralized admission process), which DTE, Maharashtra, administers. Thus, you need to apply through CAP. During the choice filling round, you must indicate your preference as NMIET. Then, according to the scores and preferences, seat allotment will take place.
