• Monad University School of Architecture & Planning offers Bachelors of Architecture (B. Arch) and Masters of Planning (M. Plan) at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
• For admission into five years duration of B. Arch programs, the candidate must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as the mandatory subject with at least 50% marks in each issue; from a recognized board of education.
• Final selection for admission into B. Arch program is done based on the candidate’s score in the entrance examination; for B. Arch candidates must appear in the NATA entrance examination and secure 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates possessing three years Diploma in Architecture from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible for admission into B. Arch programs.
• Master of Planning (M. Plan) is two years duration program for admission into which candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Planning (B. Plan) or Civil Engineering or Architecture from any recognized board of education with a minimum of 55% marks. OR must have a Master’s Degree in Economics or Sociology or Geography with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized board of education.
• Monad University School of Architecture & Planning also offers a Diploma in Architecture, which is three years duration program. For admission into the D. Arch program, the candidate must have passed 10^th standard with maths and science with a minimum of 35% marks in each of the subjects or equivalent grades from any recognized board. The final selection is made based on interviews conducted by the university.
