Madras Medical College Admission for MBBS basically requires the following criteria: The candidate should be of min. 17 years of age. The candidate should also write the National level entrance test such as the NEET UG or the state level ET. The score secured in the ET will play a major role in the selection. Besides, the candidate should have passed their higher secondary education or an equivalent in science stream with physics, chemistry and biology as their majors having secured a min. of 50% average marks collectively from a recognized university. Those seeking for merit admissions should fulfill all the criteria’s. As for direct admissions the candidate need not appear for the entrance test.
Aspirants seeking to take admission into UG medical courses in Madras Medical College, must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2020 and must have passed 12th with PCB as the compulsory subject from a recognised board with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Selection for admission is made on the basis of score in NEET entrance examination. Candidates can fill the NEET application form online through official website and must secure valid score as per the cut off marks in order to get shortlisted for admission. Application fee for general/OBC is 1,500 and 800 for SC/ST.
