The Institute is offering B.Tech program for four year duration divided into eight semesters with seven specializations. The students with basic eligibility of 10+2 with PCM subjects from recognized board can apply for the B.Tech program. Admission Selection process for B.Tech program is based on the TNEA merit list created on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

• SC & ST students are provided with relaxation in the qualifying exam percentile.
• SC or ST category students must have 55% marks in 10+2 with PCM subjects.
• BC or Muslim category students must have 50% marks in 10+2 with PCM subjects.
• MBC & DNC category students must have 45% marks in 10+2 with PCM subjects.
