JKKMCT offers a full-time on-campus Masters in Engineering (ME/M Tech) course in the field of engineering and Technology under four different specializations Computer Science & Engineering, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Drives, and Manufacturing Engineering. The total intake capacity of students in the ME course at JKKMCT is 72.

• Candidates seeking admission in ME/M Tech courses at JKKMCT must undertake an entrance exam conducted by Anna University TANCET or the national level entrance exam GATE.
