For admission to the BBA program, candidates should have finished their 10+2/HSC or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks. Additionally, BBA aspirants are required to take the FEAT or SAT examination as part of the admission process.


Candidates aspiring to pursue an FLAME School of Business MBA must hold a UG degree in any discipline, with at least 50% marks. Furthermore, candidates are expected to provide a valid score in one of the subsequent entrance exams: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, GMAT, or MHCET.

FLAME School of Business BBA Admission

FLAME offers admission to the UG Program BBA in Various specializations. It follows a Semester system, where students engage in focused learning over an 18-week timeframe (some semesters are additionally divided into two terms, each lasting 9 weeks). This approach allows students to enrol in various courses, broadening their knowledge base. Simultaneously, students receive instruction in more subjects within their chosen specializations, deepening their expertise.


FLAME BBA Specializations

Candidates can choose a combination of minor and significant specializations from those mentioned above. However, if a candidate chooses Design Management, they won't be able to choose any more specializations. Design Management is a significant specialization, and as per the University's rules, no minor specializations can be combined with Design Management. Also, the General Management specialization is available as a significant specialization only in the third year.


FLAME BBA Eligibility Criteria

  • The students must have passed at least 10+2 to be eligible for this course. The students must have passed 10+2 from CBSE/state boards / CISCE (Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations).
  • On the other hand, the International Baccalaureate students must have a diploma. However, the International Baccalaureate certificate/career program (CP) students are not considered as an eligible criterion for admission.
  • Cambridge students who have passed GCE/IGCSE/GCSE examinations of the approved British Examination Bodies must have an 'A'  Level certificate with :
  • 5 (Five) subjects in A, B, and C Grades, including English at the Ordinary ('O') Level, and 3 (Three) subjects at the Advanced ('A') Level.


Applicants who possess a high school diploma granted by an accredited American School or an international school in other countries that adhere to the American System of Education or one of the following 6 Regional Accrediting Agencies in the USA:

Additionally, candidates who have completed their 10+2 education or any equivalent qualification from a foreign university, board, or institution not covered by the previously mentioned criteria must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities in New Delhi. A transcript of their academic marks should accompany this certificate.


FLAME BBA Selection Criteria

The selection procedure for Flames consists of a series of various processes -

  • FLAME Entrance Exam/Admission Test (FEAT/SAT/ACT)

  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)



  1. The essay is a 200-250 word essay on a topic given on the spot. The personal interview is a 30-minute with two faculty members from FLAME University.
  2. The final merit list will be equipped by considering all the obtained scores in the abovementioned procedures.
  3. Candidates having SAT/ACT scores are exempted from appearing in the FEAT exam. However,  SAT/ACT scores are valid for 5 years.


Know About FEAT Exam

FEAT stands for FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test. It is an online exam conducted by FLAME University for admission to its undergraduate programs. The FEAT exam is a multiple-choice exam with 120 questions. The total duration of the exam is 120 minutes. The minimum qualifying mark for the FEAT exam is 50%.


The exam is divided into four sections:

  • Verbal Ability: This section tests the candidate's English language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension.
  • Reasoning Ability: This section tests the candidate's logical reasoning skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation.
  • Quantitative Ability: This section tests the candidate's mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
  • General Knowledge: This section tests the candidate's general knowledge of the world around them, including history, geography, and current affairs.

FLAME School of Business MBA Eligibility Criteria

For admission into this degree, a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university or institution recognized by the UGC or comparable organizations, with a least aggregate score of 50% or an equivalent grade (CGPA/ CPI/ etc.), is required.


Candidates in their ending year of a UG degree programme are also eligible to apply as long as they can show the final year degree certificate/mark sheet before September 30 (admission year)


Admission of such an applicant shall be strictly provisional unless they produce genuine proof of passing the Bachelor's degree examination with the required percentage of marks before the designated last date, failing which admission shall be cancelled automatically and without further notice.

  • Register yourself on the Flame University website: www.apply.flame.edu.in. 
  •  After registration, you will get credentials on your registered mail.
  • Login to your account using the credentials.
  • After logging in, provide all the requested information correctly.
  • Provide your admission cycle preference, too. After you provide your admission cycle, FEAT will try to schedule your dates for all the selection procedures.
  • After these, you need to upload all the required documents.
  • After completing everything, you can proceed to the payment page.

Online: You can make payments online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards (excluding American Express), net banking, Wallets, UPI, and other primary online payment methods.


Demand Draft (DD): If you choose to pay via Demand Draft, the DD should be made in favour of "FLAME University," payable at Pune. Please provide the DD details in the application form, including the DD number, issuing bank, and date. After applying online, please send the Demand Draft to FLAME University's mailing address (Foundation for Liberal & Management Education, 401, Phoenix Commercial Complex, Bund Garden, Opp. Residency Club, Pune - 411001, Maharashtra, India). Ensure you write your name, program, and application number on the backside of the DD.


Purchase of Scratch Cards from Counselors: You can pay the application fee in cash to any of FLAME University's admission counsellors by obtaining a scratch card voucher. Fill in the scratch card's number in the application form to complete the submission process.


Once the payment is made, you can complete the application by providing a statement of purpose (SOP) and uploading your photograph. You will receive an authorization email containing your application number (e.g., UGLE20230XXXXX). A PDF copy of your completed form will also be sent to your enumerated Email ID
