CWIT began its establishment in 1938 in Pune, Maharashtra. It is a private technological institute that has approval from AICTE with affiliation to SSPU of Pune. CWIT provides courses like B-Tech and Polytechnic for UG-level candidates. CWIT doesn't offer many placement opportunities for its students. The students of CWIT can claim for a scholarship facility. The selection in CWIT depends on the marks scored in 10+2 board exams as primary criteria. CWIT offers trained faculty members. There are other vicinities like laboratories, transport, cafeterias, and Hostel accommodation facilities.

  • CWIT offers a B-Tech course which is for four entire years. Students must take up any of the competitive exams like JEE Main or MHT-CET for selection.
  • The B-tech course in CWIT is available in five disciplines - Mech, Civil, CS, Electrical, and Electronics.
  • The selection process for B-tech will happen depending on the basic 10+2 scores and MHCET scores.
  • For general candidates, they require 50%, and ST/ SC candidates need 45%.
  • CWIT institute also offers Polytechnic courses for three full years of duration.
  • Polytechnic is a diploma course that requires only 10th marks as a qualification criterion.
  • The application process is available via offline mode. Students will have to visit the college and submit the form.
  • Students can download the form online and fill in the details and send it through the post.
  • Candidates must pay the application fees as specified to complete the application process.
  • The final selection of students for admissions will happen if the candidates clear the qualification criteria.

The Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology offers only Diploma (Polytechnic) courses. No provision for B Tech.
