Eligibility Criteria/Cut-off for Admissions 2021

CMRCBS is a private Institute that is a premier B-school locates in Bangalore, Karnataka. The College was established in 2009, and it is a part of the CMR Group of Institutions. It is affiliated with Bangalore University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. AICTE approves the courses offered by the MBA program at CMRCSE. The College offers an MBA program under the PG program with a variety of disciplines. CMRCBS is ranked at 20th position by the weekly magazine and ranked A among top B-School by Pan India. The admission for program offers will be strictly entrance based followed by counselling sessions. The application form for the students seeking admission will have to fill the application form of CMRCBS to get admission.

CMR Centre for Business Studies MBA Admission 

  • The Institute offers an MBA course for two years with various specializations for students who have graduated with qualifying marks.
  • The students seeking admission for the MBA course at CMRCBS will be based on Bachelor's degree with 50% marks (45% marks for SC / ST score).
  • The admission for the MBA program at CMRCBS will be based on JEE Main, PGCET or CAT / MAT / CMAT / JMET / KMAT / ATMA scores followed by GDPI and counselling sessions.
  • The students will also have to reach PGCET cut-off scores to get admission for the MBA course at CMRCBS.
  • The students who have cleared the entrance exam with qualifying marks can appear in the Counselling session and GDPI conducted by the State Govt of Karnataka.
  • Students applying for MBA courses will be provided based on entrance score, academic score, cut-off score and GDPI and counselling performance.
  • The candidates will have to fill the application form after clearing the entrance exam and academic score with proper information.
  • The students must fill the application form, and students will have to attach the required documents.
  • The candidates will have to send the application form to the Institute via post with the required documents attached.

As of my opinion admission fee in my college is adequate and reliable. CMR Centre for Business Studies admissions for MBA course will be provided generally on the basis of entrance exam score. Candidates who have qualified in PGCET entrance exam are eligible to get admission and also students who have passed in KMAT,CAT,MAT are also eligible to get admission

  • The cutoff in the state level PGCET exam in the previous years for MBA course is as follows:
  1. General – 5506
  2. SC General – 18011
  3. ST General – 13835
  4. 2A General – 10602
  5. 2B General – 8176
  6. 3A General – 6791
  7. 3B General – 8874
  • The admission in the B-School is done on the basis of rank scored in entrance exams like PGCET/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ CAT/ KMAT.
