CSIBER MBA Admission

MBA at CSIBER is available in the general stream. Chhatrapati Shahu has been recognized by UGC and accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade.

• To be eligible for MBA admission in CSIBER, aspirants are required to have completed a minimum three-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the UGC or the AIU.
• Candidates shall have cleared UG degree  with a minimum of 50% in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45 percent in the case of candidates from backward classes and Persons With Disabilities from Maharashtra State only)
• The CSIBER follows the admission guidelines set by DTE, Maharashtra. Thus, candidates must undertake state-level common entrance tests known as MAH MBA CET/MMS CET.
• In addition to the MBA general stream, CSIBER also offers admission to the environment management stream.
• For admission to the CSIBER MBA Environment Management, candidates must have cleared either MAH MBA CET or CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT with a valid score or any equivalent entrance test.
• Maharashtra Domicile students must take state-level entrance test MAH CET/MMS CET. However, all Indian candidate candidates can apply through national level tests.
• CAP will do the final seat allotment. (Centralized admission process) Following the entrance test results, candidates must apply online for CAP by logging into the DTE website.

CSIBER MCA Eligibility

In addition to the MBA, CSIBER provides its students with an MCA course at the Postgraduate level of qualification. The course lasts for three years.

• For MCA admission at CSIBER, candidates must have passed for a minimum of three years Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the UGC or the AIU.
• Candidates must score minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate or equivalent. (at least 45 per cent in case of candidates of backward class categories and PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only)
• In addition, students shall have studied Mathematics as main subject at 10+2 level or UG level.
• MCA Selection Criteria at CSIBER depends on the student's performance in MAH MCA CET Entrance Test.
• Candidates required to score well in entrance test as identical to the cut off norms defined by college. CSIBER Kolhapur MCA Cut off score is 32.

CSIBER MSW, M Com, MSc Admission

CSIBER also provides admission to the MSW, M Com and MSc at PG level. MSc at CSIBER is available in three disciplines namely Computer Science, Environment Safety and Quantitative Economics.

• For PG admission at CSIBER, candidates must hold bachelor's degree in concerned stream.
• Students seeking MSc admission at CSIBER, have to clear the entrance test conducted by the college. After qualifying in it, they have to appear for Interview and group discussion.
• The selection of the students for M Com admission at CSIBER, depends the student's performance in last qualifying examination.
• Whereas, students seeking MSW admission in CSIBER, must undertake entrance test conducted by the institute.

CSIBER M.Phil Admission

CSIBER provides its students with an M.Phil program at the research level.

• Candidates for admission to the M.Phil. programme at CSIBER must have a Master's degree or a professional degree that has been declared equivalent to a Master's degree by an Institute or a statutory regulatory body, with at least 55 per cent aggregate or equivalent grade.

• For candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/VJNT/OBC) and/or differently-abled candidates, a 5% reduction in marks (from 55 percent to 50 percent) or an equivalent grade reduction will be allowed.
• M.Phil. admissions at CSIBER will be based on a Common Entrance Test and a personal interview conducted by the Institute.
