Eligibility Criteria/Cut-off for Admissions 2019

The college offers MBBS course with 5year duration, MD, MS, DM and M.Ch. courses with 3years duration period and PG-Diploma and M.Sc.  is of 2years duration. BDS and B.Sc. course duration is of 4years, MDS course is of 3years duration period. PGDM course duration of 12months, MPH, MHA, M.Sc., Diploma, M.Phil. , is of 2year duration period. The Admission for UG courses like MBBS is based on marks scored in NEET UG entrance examination, for PG courses like MD, MS, and PG-Diploma admissions is on the basis of NEET PG entrance exam score. For DM and M.Ch admission are based on NEET SS examination score. Admissions  for BDS and MDS courses  is as per NEET norms, and for nursing courses admissions are based on merit. An admission for Pharmacy is based on valid score obtained in GPAT entrance examination. Admissions for Allied Health Sciences are curriculum by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University.

Passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with minimum 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category)

Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit of the NEET examination.

B.SC
(Medical)

 Passed intermediate exam
under the scheme of 10+2 or
any equivalent exam with
Physics, Chemistry, Biology &
English with minimum 45% aggregate marks

Merit in the qualifying exam.

MD

Candidates must meet all the requirements set by the Medical Council of India.
Candidates must have an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. They must complete their internship on or before 30th April.
Must have a Permanent Medical Registration from Medical Council of India

NEET PG score

MS

M.Sc

Passed B.Sc. Nursing (Basic & Post Basic) with 55% aggregate marks. Minimum one-year experience after B.Sc. Basic Nursing.
Candidates must have passed the B.Sc. Paramedical Science in the relevant stream.

Selection will be made on the basis of qualifying examination, followed by an interview by the management.

MDS

Candidates must meet all the requirements set by the Dental Council of India.
Candidates must have a BDS degree from an institution recognized by the Dental Council of India.
Must have a permanent registration from the Dental Council Of India.

Candidates must clear the NEET (National Eligibility & Entrance Test) conducted on all India basis.

DM

Must pass recognized degree of MD
(or its equivalent recognized degree) in the subject specified. Must possess M.Ch courses in any subject must possess recognized degree of MS

NEET SS score

M.Ch

Degree of MS (or its equivalent recognized degree) in the
subject specified in the regulations of the Medical Council of India from time to time.

M.Phill

Post-Graduation in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification with a min. score 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.

 

MPH

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream or an equivalent qualification with a min. score 50% from a recognized university.
SC/ST Less 5%.

NEET SS Score

MHA

The candidates should have a bachelor degree in MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing/B. Pharmacy/B.Sc. in Allied Health Sciences from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Offline counseling and admission are made on the basis of the rank lists drawn thereon.

Hi,

For B.Sc course in Cardiology, candidates should meet the minimum eligibility criteria of securing 50% aggregate in 12th. The admission and selection procedure depends on the student’s performance in personal interview.
