The Management course offered at Xavier University, Bhubhaneshwar, is of both UG and PG levels and provides Ph.D. and Doctorate programs with expertise in learning and technically advanced opportunities. Xavier's management program is among the various other degrees under Xavier University's constituent.   

Some of the well-known courses offered by Xavier University for Management school are- MBA in business management (XIMB), Human Resource (XAHR), Rural Management (XSRM), Sustainability Management (XSOS), and Urban Governance and Management (XUMG). The Applicants who are willing to pursue XUB must apply online through the official website.  

Eligibility criteria for Xavier's admission

  • Any student applying for admissions in XU for the PG program must be of age minimum of 23, withholding a degree certificate or any equivalent discipline with at least 55 percent as an average bearing aggregate.
  • The MBA-Global program and the Executive MBA program will ask for work experience in the industry for at least 3-5 years.
  • The applying students should have a minimum CGPA of 6.5-7.5 in their UG, and that; they will also have to attempt any of the qualifying exams such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, GMT, NMAT, etc. 
  • Any of the students who are yet to complete their bachelors and write their final semester exam can also apply for Xavier's admission.    
  • Applicants applying with Admission Test scores should ensure that their scores are valid.
  • Students who are not willing to take up the X–GMT entrance exam must score in any of the other qualifying exams as in CAT, NMAT, GMAT, etc., and must have passed at least the minimum score respective exams.  

The Selection Process of XUB 

After meeting the specified eligibility criteria, the authorities will further continue with a Personal Interview (PI) and test the selected candidates' Writing Ability. Then the final shortlisting of students for admissions will happen.  

Expected Cut-off for XUB 

The authorities XUB will try to shortlist the students for both PI and WAT with the help of scores secured in the last eligible exam by both section-wise and total marks cut-off.

The students must be aware that only for the residents of Odisha, there is a separate set of cut-off considerations used by the authorities. 

The selected candidates' conclusion depends on previous educational records, work experience, and PI and WAT performance. These rounds will be in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai Bangalore, Delhi, and Bhubaneshwar. 

The authorities will send the final list via contact details by April.
