The School of Management, named after T. Paya, has come a long way since 1980. TAPMI Manipal is now one of the top 20 Business schools in the country, concentrating on in-depth and hands-on learning to build responsible leaders. TAPMI has been accredited by an internationally recognized company, the Association for University Business School Development (AACSB). The college has been approved by AICTE and accredited under Indian University Association Accreditation (AIU). Only 7 institutions in India have received this excellent designation. Recently, TAPMI has become a participant in PRME (Principle of Responsible Management Education), an UN-supported initiative. Henceforth, TAPMI has been recognized at the National and International levels in terms of quality education, placement records, excellence in academics, inclusiveness, research & innovation and many more.
In 2021 All India NIRF Rankings, TAPMI Manipal secured 32nd rank in Management Category. QS World University has ranked TAPMI Manipal #101 for the Management category in 2021. The institution also receives rankings from well-known ranking organizations such as "Outlook ICare" and "Economic Times." According to Outlook, it is ranked 6th among 120 private MBA universities in India. It has secured 35th among India's top 50 MBA schools.
