OJEE Counseling 2022 started

Aspirants who took the OJEE 2022 exam can apply for OJEE counseling 2022. Starting Monday, August 26, registration for OJEE 2022 Counselling is open. The initial stage in applying for admission to participating universities is the round of counseling. Students must therefore begin completing their OJEE 2022 application forms for counseling. Additionally, only individuals who submit their applications by September 10 will be considered for counseling.

OJEE 2022 Counselling Process

The following students may participate in OJEE 2022 counseling:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website and register for OJEE 2022 to participate in the counseling sessions by providing information about your course, ranks, marks, category, family income certificate, and documents verifying your educational qualifications.
• Decide whether to take the OJEE, NIMCET, GATE, MAT, GPAT, CMAT, CAT, ATMA, or XAT qualifying test.
• Candidates must pay the OJEE counseling fee of INR 450 after filling out the form and receiving a password for their accounts.

Step 2: Choice Filling

• After paying the required fees, candidates can choose from a list of participating colleges for their desired courses and specialization.
• Candidates can alter their order of preference from the list of institutions by adding, editing, deleting, and so forth.
• Candidates must be aware that they cannot be modified after the choices have been frozen. After this, they can freeze their selections and wait for the seat allocation list.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

• According to the candidates' choices, the merit list/rank list, and the counseling cell, a list of seats is released for the universities with openings.
• If candidates want to reserve seats, they can save their seat assignments and go to the counseling office. If not, they can skip this round and wait until the next seat allocation list is announced by the counseling cell, as and when it does.

Step 4: Document Verification

• Candidates must submit the necessary eligibility documentation for the course to confirm their place in the designated college or college.
• They must submit a copy of every document online and original verified uploads.
• Additionally, pay the part-admission fee, which is INR 5,000 for SC/ST/PC categories and INR 10,000 for general categories.
• Following this, candidates receive a final seat allocation letter, including the name of the college, the course, and other pertinent information.

Additionally, candidates have the choice to withdraw after allotment during various rounds of counseling, and their money will be reimbursed. Activating this option requires paying the part-admission price. The final deadline for withdrawal will be communicated to the candidates. The candidate's money paid in advance will be lost if they withdraw after the deadline.

Step 5: Admission Confirmation

• Following OJEE document verification, applicants must report to the colleges to which they have been assigned to turn in their documents and pay the balance of the admissions fee.
• Candidates' admission is revoked if they fail to arrive at the designated colleges within the allocated period.
• Applicants who decline their assigned seats will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent seat allocation round, and the remaining candidates who selected an upgrade will be considered for an upgrade.
• They must also decide on their preferred academic program and institution. OJEE registration is currently open for the LE B Tech (Diploma), LE B Pharm, and Integrated MBA programs.
• To confirm their acceptance, students having their names on the list must visit the designated institute with the necessary paperwork.
• After the paperwork has been verified and the admission money has been paid, the student can finally begin attending classes. Thus completing the OJEE Counselling process.

Documents required for OJEE 2022 counseling verification

Students must upload the following documents to complete the OJEE 2022 Counselling procedure and reserve a seat at one of the participating institutes. Bring the same to the OJEE Cell in Bhubaneswar's Gandamunda as well.
