ALLIANCE UNIVERSITY B.TECH ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

B.tech (Regular)

Duration of the course: 4years (Full Time)

  • Candidates must have passed 10+ 2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects. Candidates must have studied Chemistry/ Biology /Biotechnology/ /Technical Vocational as one of the sub-subjects.
  • Candidates must have secured aggregate of 45% and in case of reserved category 40%.
  • It accepts JEE (Advanced), AUEET (Alliance university engineering entrance test), JEE (Main), Comed-K, CET (Karnataka) or any other state-level examination.

Duration- B.tech (Lateral) - 3 years (Full time).

Alliance University offers lateral entry option. Candidates can be directly admitted to the 3rd semester (2nd year). It accepts any diploma or an equivalent degree from a renowned institution with an aggregate of 45% and in the case of reserved category 40% in the suitable branch of engineering.

Alliance University offers AUEET entrance exam. And the exam is based on 10+2.

Duration is 120 minutes, the number of questions asked is about 135 and the maximum mark is 135.

ALLIANCE UNIVERSITY B.TECH APPLICATION PROCESS

  • The candidates are required to fill the application form online for Regular and lateral B.tech course.
  • Candidates will have to download the application form online.
  • The application form and the prospectus will be available at the admissions office. The charges are 1000INR (2000rs for NRI and SAARC applicants) either by cash or DD which is drawn in favor of Alliance University Engineering which is payable at Bengaluru.
  • Candidates are required to attest the below mentioned documents along with the application.
  • 10th standard marks card.
  • 12th standard marks sheet.
  • Work experience certificate if any.
  • Entrance exam score card (JEE Main/Karnataka CET/AUEET/Comed-K/State entrance test.

ALLIANCE UNIVERSITY B.TECH SELECTION PRIOCESS

Selected applicants are requested to go to Alliance University for the admission selection process.

It basically has 2 stages

  1. Applicants are requested to appear for the AUEET exam.
  2. Candidates are required to appear for a personal interview.

ALLIANCE UNIVERSITY B.TECH SCHOLARSHIP/RESERVATION

Scholarships are available to fund the full time course at Alliance University only for the Indian Nationals. Every year, University rewards many scholarships in the form of fee remission to exceptional candidates.

NB. Scholarships are for those candidates who are admitted through Karnataka CET.

  • The scholarship which is awarded to the candidates will be adjusted with the fee which will be payable for the course.
  • If the student succeeds to maintain a CGPA above 2.5 in the course the scholarship will be issued for the following years of the course.
  • Students should not have indulged themselves in any in disciplinary activities.
  • Candidates applying for scholarship can apply through only one category.
  • In case of sports quota the candidates must secure top rank in national or international level which is recognized by the government.
  • The decisions taken by the scholarship committee will be final.
