• The form has to be filled with proper details and payment of INR 1050/- has to be made through DD.
• The filled application form has to be downloaded and printout has to be taken of the downloaded form.
• The candidate has to stick a recent passport size photograph and sign across it.
• The application form has to be sent to the institute along with the mandatory documents and DD.
• The candidate will receive the Institute’s prospectus after the application form is received.
