Vyas Institute of Engineering & Technology Admission

VIET was established in 2006 at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The institute is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi. The UGC-approved Vyas Institute offers a B.Tech program at the UG level. VIET Jodhpur B Tech Course is available in five engg disciplines.

VIET B.Tech eligibility criteria

The candidates will be considered eligible to apply for the B.Tech course at VIET if they pass the following eligibility criteria.

• The applicants are required to pass their HSC level board examination from any recognized council of education. The minimum qualifying score is 45%.
• The compulsory subjects should be Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Biology/ or Biotechnology.
• The applicants will have to appear in the national level entrance exam JEE-Mains.
• Students are required to score a positive mark in the entrance exam.

VIET B.Tech selection criteria

• The candidates looking forward to take B Tech admission in Vyas College course should appear for the JEE Main Entrance test administrated by NTA.

• As a primary step, candidates required to register online for JEE Main exam in order to appear. One must visit the NTA official website to complete registeration process for JEE Main exam.
• The candidates will be evaluated based on their performance in the entrance exam.
• VIET follows the admission guidelines prescribed by RTU, Kota. Since it is an affiliated university.
• B Tech Selection Process in Vyas College depends on JEE Main valid rank followed by REAP Counselling.
• At VIET, 85% of the total intakes will be reserved for the candidates applying through REAP Counselling based on their JEE Main rank.
• The remaining 15% of seats will be reserved for the candidates applying through the institutional quota at VIET.
• Vyas College Management Quota admisssion will be carried forward by the guidelines laid down by the state government of Rajasthan.

VIET Application Process

• Candidates who are applying through REAP, will have to visit the official website of RTU, Kota.
• ??The applicants will further be asked to register themselves and fill up the REAP application form. The mode of REAP registeration process is entirely online.
• After filling all the details in the form carefully, candidates must submit it by paying the application fees.
• Once the registeration concludes, authority will publish the final merit list of shortlisted students. Such candidates will be eligible for partcipating in REAP Counselling stages.
• The candidates will be allocated seats based on the merit released by the RTU.
• The selected candidates will have to report to the VIET Jodhpur campus to complete the further round of admission.
• Candidates seeking B Tech admission under Management Quota at Vyas College, have to visit the college campus to fill the application form. Henceforth, the mode of application process for Management quota is offline.
