Eligibility
- Compulsory Subjects: Physics and Math
- Optional Subject: Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology
Percentage Criteria: Students must possess 44.5% and above for (OC) and 39.5% and for (BC/SC/ST) in the relevant qualifying (10+2 or its equivalent) Examination.
- Students must be qualified in A.P-EAMCET.
Admission process
- For the spot admissions, the candidates should submit the Original Certificates.

Eligibility
- The candidate needs to be an Indian National.
- The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institution or its equivalent.
- Percentage Criteria: minimum 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to backward class categories and persons with disability and belonging to the State of Maharashtra).
- Must have obtained a positive (non-zero) score in GATE.
