For any of the above mentioned courses candidates first need to have completed bachelor’s degree in relevant specialisation with minimum aggregate so candidates can apply for the required course. SGT University admission forms can be filled online in the official website for the required course and based on that selection process takes place.
SGT University Admission criteria for MBBS include: The candidate should be of min. 17 years of age. The candidate should have passed their 12th grade or an equivalent having secured a min. of 50% average marks in science stream with PCM as their majors. Provided, they obtain from a recognized institute. Also, the candidate will have to appear for the NEET UG or the state level entrance test. The score secured will play a major role in the admission process. If candidates are applying through the direct admissions process the candidates will have to visit the university’s admissions office.
When it comes at seeking admissions at SGT University it is hardly 2 to 3 hours process. I joined for MBA course and post getting the result of my MAT entrance examination I visited the college and within 3 year I got MBA course seat. The process included filling and submitting the application form along with the required documents.
I actually joined this university because of the NEET exam and I studied MBBS here. Previously they also used to provide admission based on the MHT-CET also for MBBS but now they have made NEET mandatory. It is very much important for us to score the minimum SGT University NEET cut-off marks to successfully get admission in this university for MBBS. The most important thing for us to get MBBS seat in any college is to apply for the NEET counseling and through that we get to do option filing so through that we get seat. SGT University admissions to the MBBS course can be done in either ways one through the counseling or failure to get admission through counseling can opt to join the MBBS course through the management quota.
