Ongole's, RISE Groups of Institutions (RISEGI) was founded in 2009. RISE has two distinct groupings of institutions: the RISE Gandhi Group of Institutions and the RISE Prakasam Group of Institutions, both of which provide unrivalled Engineering, Management, and Computer Education. RISE Campus is located in the Prakasam area of Andhra Pradesh, in the outskirts of a tranquil town. The AICTE in New Delhi and the Government of Andhra Pradesh have both approved it. Also it is affiliated with Kakinada's Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Every year, RISEGI placements are conducted in a professional manner. Students are eligible for campus placements after the fourth semester. They provide training for placements and the procedures of recruitment are focused on companies rather than being the same for everyone. Approximately 20-30 firms come each year, and approximately 75-80 percent of the students get placed.

• The university offers B Tech degree programmes in five different fields. Candidates interested in pursuing a B Tech at RISE must ensure that the college explains the eligibility requirements.
• Candidates are offered with admission to B Tech at RISEGI based on their scores on the AP EAMCET. Candidates will be notified of their AP EAMCET counselling appointment based on their rank in the rank list.
• Candidates must pass a 10+2 level from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% in aggregate to be admitted to the B Tech programme.

• At RISE, MBA and MCA degree programmes are offered. Before applying for an MBA or MCA programme, candidates should check the qualifying requirements.
• Admission to the MBA and MCA programmes at RISEGI is based on the state-level Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET).
• Applicants with a bachelor's degree in any of the fields are eligible to apply for admission to an MBA programme. Candidates for the MCA programme must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with Mathematics as a required subject.

Candidates must apply for EAMCET, ICET through the official websites of the individual conducting bodies.
