  • For B. Arch., the candidate must have passed 10+2 exam / any other equivalent exam / IB Diploma regularly, in the first attempt with English and Maths as compulsory subjects obtaining a minimum 50% aggregate.
  • The candidate should have passed the H.S.C. 10 + 2 (Std. XII) Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education and Higher Education or Indian School Certificate (Std. XII) Examination of a Council or Board outside Maharashtra State
