PGDM program is a 2-year course at a postgrad level divided into trimesters. This program at MILE has an AICTE-approved curriculum with dual specializations. The Institute will help the candidates polish their leadership skills and offer them the practical skills, applied theory, and confidence to prepare them for better job opportunities and earning potential. 

The PGDM course curriculum combines theoretical knowledge, practical learning, and experiences through internships. The course learning includes structured induction, digitally empowering learning and effective support through academic mentors. Candidates are also allowed to work with National and International Brands.  

The minimum eligibility criteria for PGDM admissions is to have completed a graduation degree in any stream with a min of 55% aggregate scores from a recognized University. The selection process for PGDM is based on performance in CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT score, followed by Group Discussion and Panel Interview rounds.

Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence GMBA

The global MBA program at Lexicon MILE has been for 2 years. This course is in collaboration with the University of South Wales UK. The minimum eligibility criteria are a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks. The admission in the course is based on the CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT scorecard, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. 

The GMBA fee structure at MILE is INR 14.56 lakhs for the entire program. The payment of fees can be in instalments. The mode of payment can be done through DD in the name of the University or by net banking/ UPI payment, etc.  

Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence Admission Process 

To apply for the Lexicon MILE admission process to management programs like PGDM or GMBA at MILE, the applicants can submit their applications online, which is hassle-free. To proceed with the admission process, it is recommended that the applicants be aware of the minimum eligibility criteria. Students can further know about the details using the admission brochure available on the official website.

Application Process:

• Applicants must first visit the MILE website at https://www.lexiconmile.com/ to look for the online form or relevant QR code. 
• The applicants must have appeared for management entrance exams like CAT/ MAT/ MHCET/ GMAT/ XAT. The selection of the aspirants will be based on the performance of entrance exam scores, GD, case study, and PI rounds.  
• Once the selection is made, the Institute will provide a provisional admission letter to the candidate's email ID.  
• The candidates must register and complete the documentation per the provisional letter to secure a seat.
• The candidates can benefit from several certification courses with the help of an allocated mentor even before the academic year starts.
• After the Institute verifies the documentation, they will provide an admission confirmation letter.  

Once the candidates accept the admission letter, they will be called for orientation or induction and commence the academic year.
