BIMM Pune MBA Eligibility

Candidates shall have obtained 50% marks in their bachelor's degree. (45% for reserved category). MBA courses are open to students in their final year of graduation and are confident in their ability to achieve a minimum of 50% overall. However, the admissions committee may give higher graduation marks more weight.

The candidate must have conceded at least one of the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or MH-CET exams. As the official website of BIMM states, "We think that no entrance exam score can be used to evaluate true talent." Therefore, if a candidate's scores prevent them from applying to the program, we do not have a cutoff score below. Hence there is no provision for cutoff in BIMM.

For applicants to an MBA program focused on finance, commerce is the preferred academic qualification. Therefore, it is discouraged to accept students from other science streams. However, students from any discipline are eligible to apply for the MBA Marketing specialization.

• The college accepts scores from management exams like the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAH-CET as part of the selection procedure. By considering the qualifying scores, candidates get shortlisted.
• Experts will call candidates for the Group Discussions if they meet the qualitative requirements. Each group will participate for 30-45 minutes. It might incorporate pretend, contextual analyses, spontaneous discourse, and GD.
• The GD procedure will receive 35% of the weight in the merit list. As a result, the GD procedure may last until the second day, though every effort will be made to finish it in one day.

Scholarships available:

Grateful GNR Scholarship 

This scholarship is only available to the children of JCOs and other servicemen and women from the Indian army's artillery regiments. SBUP will pay for the entire tuition for eight students—four boys and four girls—to receive this scholarship.

The parents of an eligible candidate must obtain a recommendation letter from their respective headquarters and send it to the Institute with their application. A university committee will choose the top eight students based on merit if there are many applications.

The Bala Sir Memorial Scholarship

Eligible students will be chosen by a committee led by the Vice Chancellor and made up of university administrators. "Uniformed People," such as members of the armed forces, paramilitary personnel, police officers, and their families, will receive special consideration.

These students will receive a scholarship worth fifty percent of the total fee.
