Loyola Institute of Technology and Science is a private institute established by the Loyola Educational Trust in 2008 in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. This institute is affiliated with Anna University, and AICTE, Delhi, approves its courses.  Loyola Institute of Technology and Science (LITES) aims to empower the younger generation by imparting high-quality education to its students.LITES offers the undergraduate course BE/ B. Students applying for an undergraduate engineering degree at Loyola Institute of Technology and Science (LITES)  can pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in five different specializations and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in one stream.

• LITES offers BE in various specializations such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates willing to pursue a Bachelor’s of Technology can seek admission in BTech in Information Technology.
• LITS will provide B Tech admission based on TNEA Merit score followed by Counselling conducted by Anna University.
• The TNEA merit list is prepared by considering the student’s score obtained in 10+2. Thus, candidates have to score above 50% in 10+2, to get eligible for admission.

Loyola Institute of Technology and Science PG Admission
LITS offers admission to the M Tech and MBA at PG level for two years. Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree in concerned discipline can apply for PG admission at LITS. The selection of the students depends on their TANCET rank. Thus, students who are willing to apply for MBA or M Tech admission, must score well in TANCET as identical to the Loyola Institute TANCET cut off score.

Loyola Institute of Technology and Science Application Process

• For B Tech admission in LITS, candidates have to fill an TNEA application form at first. The seat allocation takes place through TNEA counselling based on student’s TNEA rank and choice of preferences during the counselling phases.
• For PG courses, candidates have to clear the TANCET score. Later, they have to apply for the counselling session based on score. The mode of registeration process is online.
