Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya University (IET-DAVV), Indore was begun in 1996 as an Autonomous Institute offering Engineering and Science program at bachelor, master, and doctoral level with having its affiliation to DAVV or DAU, Indore. The programs offered are B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., and Ph.D. with specializations.

• Students can apply for B.Tech online mode from the Institute website, and DTE, MP will carry the admission process.
• Basic Eligibility for the B.Tech program is 10+2 with PCM subjects with 75% marks and should be in the top 20% in the qualifying exam.

• M.Sc. application form has to be applied through the Institute’s Website.

IET-DAVV B.Tech Admissions:

The basic eligibility required for admission to the B.Tech program is 10+2 with PCM subjects compulsorily with 75% marks and also should be in the top 20% in the qualifying exam. The selection will be based on the marks obtained in the JEE Mains exam.

Key points:

• Reserved category students are given 10% relaxation in the eligibility marks.
• 5% of the seats in B.Tech are reserved for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, and only the students belonging to MP state are eligible.
• 90% of the total seats are reserved for MP students.

IET-DAVV M.Tech Admissions:

M.Tech program is provided for two years duration with six specializations. The basic eligibility required for applying to the M.Tech program is B.Tech in applicable discipline with at least 60% marks from recognized University. The selection procedure will be carried based on the GATE score.

IET-DAVV M.Sc. Admissions:

The Institute is offering an M.Sc. program with one specialization for two years duration. The program requires basic eligibility of Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Computer Application with Mathematics as compulsory subject with 45% marks from a recognized university. The students will be selected for the program based on the merit obtained by the students in the qualifying exam.

Key Points:

• The Institute has reserved 15 seats for the MP students.
• At least two years of work experience is required after passing B—Tech for sponsored students getting admission to the M.Tech program.

IET-DAVV Ph.D. Admissions:

The Ph.D. program is having to sic specialization in Engineering, and the program is provided for the students who have qualified in UG NET JRF or UG CSIR NET JRF or passed M.Phil or Fellowship Holder. The selection will be based on the performance in the Test and Interview conducted by the Institute.

IET-DAVV Application Process:

The students seeking admission to the B.Tech program will have to register on the DTE website to attend the Counseling process. The students will have to pay INR 1350/- towards the registration fee, which is non-refundable.

The Students applying for the M.Sc. program will have to download the application form from the official website. The application form has to be filled and submitted to the Institute with a DD of INR 750/- towards the application fee for DAVV. The students will have to get another DD of INR 1000/- for IET DAVV.
