Under Distance and Online Learning, the institute offers International PGD (IPGD) courses. This course duration in this institute is offered for a short period. The program ensures that the applicants have a solid foundation to know about the principles and exposure to a broad spectrum that will be applied to Insurance and its Risk Management practices.  

IPGD is available in three disciplines, i.e.

• Life Insurance
• General Insurance
• Risk Management  

Eligibility Criteria: The institute will consider the candidate's educational qualification, age limit and other related factors.

• The institute specifies no age limit to apply for admission.
• The applicant can be a domestic (within the country) or foreign candidate.
• The applicants must hold a bachelor's with at least 50% marks in any discipline (including Engg and Management streams are accepted), even if candidates with professional qualifications like CA, ICWAI, and CS will also be eligible.
• However, the selection process comprises merit scores and shortlisting of applications.

IIRM Hyderabad Examination/ Evaluation

The selections will be made based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination.

• Candidates should have secured at least 55% as average marks in each subject. As per the rules and regulations of IIRM Hyderabad, there is no option for recounting/evaluating answer scripts.
• In case they still need to secure 55% marks, then the applicants have the facility to re-appear for the exams.
• To re-appear for the exam, the students must pay INR 1,000/- for each subject.
• The applicants can see their results online by visiting the official website.
• Students must use the student login ID and look for the scorecard.
• The marks card can be downloaded in PDF format.

• Once admission is provided, each student will be provided with relevant study materials. 
• The learning materials can be recorded and printed as reading resources. 
• All the self-learning material will be sent to the candidate's contact details and addresses. 
• The IPGD online program teaching is provided for students through online study materials and other platforms. 
• The faculty will also mention the reference books, which the candidates can use to get detailed information. 
• Online live and recorded classes and assessments will also be conducted weekly for 2-3 days, followed by academic examinations. 
• Also, even the academic exams and results will be held online. To appear for the exam, they must check the instructions on the website using a student login.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIRM Hyderabad at their.ac.in/ and click on the application form tab that will be visible on the homepage.

Step 2: Step 3: Fill out the IIRM application form with all the required details.

Step 3: Upload the necessary docs and recently scanned passport-size photograph in the specified format, i.e. (size less than 500 KB).

Step 4: Pay the form fee of INR 500/- online. The payment can be made via Net Transfer/ Credit/ Debit Card.
