As the name suggests, the Government College of Engineering Dharmapuri is a public college located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2013 and is affiliated with Anna University, Tamil Nadu. Government College of Engineering Dharmapuri offers only B. Tech as a UG-level to its candidates seeking admission to the institute. The annual intake for B Tech is 60 seats.

• Admission to the B Tech at GCE Dharmapuri is based on TNEA rank followed by counselling.  
• Candidates seeking admission must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCM subjects.
• After the 12th results, students have to register for TNEA counselling based on their aggregate marks obtained in the 12th.
• Later, Anna University will declare the TNEA Merit List. Students whose names are enlisted in the merit list can participate in the counselling session.
• Then, the final seat allocation takes place based on choice filled and TNEA rank. As it is a public college, no direct admission is possible.

• Enter the necessary details in the application form, such as education details, contact information and other relevant details.
• Pay the application form and submit it. The TNEA application fees cost INR 500/-

Upon successful payment, take the printout of the duly filled form and preserve it for future reference. It is an important document during the document verification procedure.
