Gokul Institute of Technology and Science (GITAS) is a private Institute that was started in 2001 by Theresa’s Educational Society in Vizianagaram of Andhra Pradesh. The Institute is offering Engineering and Management courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA. GITAS has been affiliated to JNTU of Kakinada along with NAAC accreditation.

• The Institute has reserved 30% seats for admission through Institute level counseling and 70% for State-level counseling.
• A valid score in AP EAMCET is required for admission to the B.Tech course.
• M.Tech admission is based on GATE or AP PGECET exam score.
• B.Tech Lateral entry admission is based on the AP ECET exam.

GITAS B.Tech Admission:

The Institute is offering several specializations for the students under B.Tech course for four years. The students must have basic eligibility of 10+2 or equivalent with PCM subjects with at least 45% marks. The selection for admission to the B.Tech course will be based on the AP EAMCET score followed by State Level Counseling.

GITAS M.Tech Admission:

M.Tech course is offered for two years of duration with ten specializations available to choose from. The students with basic B.Tech or BE or equivalent in relevant discipline with at least 50% marks can apply for M.Tech course. The admission process will be based on the AP PGECET or GATE exam performance followed by State Level Counseling.

GITAS MBA & MCA Admission:

The Institute is also offering MBA and MCA courses at the postgraduate level for two and three years, respectively. The students applying for MCA must have B.Sc. or BCA Degree with at least 50% marks, and for MBA must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. The admission process in the Institute will be based on performance in the AP ICET exam followed by State level Counseling.

GITAS Application Process:

Management Quota: GITAS Application form must be downloaded from the official website. Before applying, students must ensure qualifying the eligibility criteria. The application form has to be filled and attached with relevant documents. The application fee has to be paid through DD.

State Quota: The students must apply for relevant entrance exams through official exam websites. If eligible, the students will be called up for State-level counseling for verification of documents. The students will have to pay the application fee through any E-Payment Gateway.
