Admission to B Tech is based on a valid JEE Main score followed by counselling conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). Admission to the law courses is offered based on valid scores in the Geeta Law Admission Test (GLAT). Candidates who have passed CLAT or AILET are also eligible for admission to LL.M and Integrated LL.B programs.

Candidates who have qualified in CAT/CMAT or any other equivalent examination can apply for admission to the MBA program.

• The aspirants applying to the B.Tech course must have passed the 10+2 examination.
• Apart from all other subjects, they must have a combination of any 3 subjects of the following -Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT / Biology/Electronics.
• The institute also offers lateral admission into the B.Tech course. Candidates must have finished three three-year Diplomas for admission into the lateral courses.
• Applicants are selected on the rank acquired in JEE Main.

• The institute offers a postgraduate program in business administration. For admission into this program, candidates must have a bachelor's or a master's degree.

• The institute offers two integrated courses- BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. These two courses require the candidates to have passed 10+2/HSC with a least of 50%.
• These candidates shall also have passed 10+2 from any stream.
