Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering (PMCE) is a private college established in the year 2002. The college was founded to foster extraordinary personality development in students by providing meaningful training and instruction. NAAC accredits PCM College with B Grade. As a result, it offers the best technical as well as management education for students. At present, PCMCE offers B Tech/BE at the UG level and MBA, and M Tech at the PG level.

For admission to the B Tech at Er Perumal College depends on TNEA Merit Rank. Anna University will release the merit list based on 10+2 Marks. Students who have acquired a least 50% marks in 10+2 PCM subjects are eligible to apply for admission.

• At first, students need to register for the TNEA Counselling based on their 10+2 marks. Later, Anna University will release the TNEA rank or merit list by considering the 12th score.
• If students names are listed in the rank list, they can take part in the counselling session.

M Tech degree at PMCE is available in four core specializations. The specializations are Aeronautical Engineering Applied Electronics, Computer Science and Engineering, Engineering Design, Power Electronics and Drives.

• B Tech graduates who have obtained more than 50% marks can seek admission to the M Tech at PTRCET.
• In addition, they must clear the state level entrance exam that is TANCET. Anna University will conduct the TANCET.
