Dronacharya Group of Institutions is commonly known as DGI, Greater Noida, which came into existence in 2006. The AICTE accredits the Institute, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and is affiliated with Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, one of Uttar Pradesh's most prominent universities. Dronachary Group of Institutions (DGI) offers several branches, including Engineering and Management programs. B.Tech and MBA are the most popular courses at the college, with specialisations in ECE, ME, CSE, IT, EEE, IT, CE & CSE and FM, IT, HR, and Marketing, respectively.

  • The seat allocation is based on entrance test scores or merit-based direct admission.
  • Students must submit a valid exam score and other qualifying exam results. Exam results differ depending on the course.
  • Candidates must have completed their Higher Secondary examinations to be admitted to B.Tech. JEE Main and UPSEE exam scores are approved for B.Tech admissions. The annual intake for B. Tech courses is 540 students, while the input for PG courses is 60 students.
  • To obtain MBA, candidates must have a bachelor's degree. For MBA admissions, candidates must submit scores from the following exams: CMAT, CAT, UPSEE, or MAT.
  • Seats are set aside for candidates who meet the managerial quota and will be provided direct and management quota admissions to the Dronacharya Group of Institutions. The NRI quota seats are based on SAT II scores. Candidates must have passed the GCE (General Certificate of Education) exam in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • A total of 75% of seats are reserved for students who are residents of Uttar Pradesh. Management Quota candidates will be given 15% of all seats in all courses (NRI candidates).

Applicants must apply online on the official website for the Dronacharya Group of Institutions Greater Noida admissions process. Students must also pay the application fee and submit all necessary documents simultaneously. Candidates can pay the application fees via online payment methods.

  • The candidate must attend the UPSEE Counselling.
  • Choose a college and a course, so save your options.
  • Following that, seats will be assigned based on the choices made.
  • The candidate must report to the college with all required documentation for admission.
  • Pay the entrance fees.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions fees for the B-Tech program is INR 93,800 per annum. The total fees would cost around 3.75 lakhs.

Unfortunately, BCA is unavailable in the Dronacharya Group of Institutions. It offers admission to the B Tech at the UG level. Besides, it offers MBA and MCA at the PG level.


How to get admissions into B Tech engineering CSE courses in this college?

The admission criteria for B Tech admissions in DGI are to have passed in board exams with science stream having at least 50%. In addition, candidates need to have appeared for UPSEE or JEE Main entrance exam. It is mandatory for UG engineering course admission. The selected candidates will have to appear for counselling at the campus. Further DGI admission for B Tech is allotted. UPSEE Cut-off for B Tech Computer Science Engineering is 77564-81487 in general.

How can foreign students take admission here. How they can appear entrance exam.. Do foreign students get direct admission or it's based on gmat ,cmat marks obtained in their own country . please let me know about these all procedure for admission..

Hi Dhiraj,
The direct admission process for B.E course

  • Admission is based on Valid score in UPSEE/ JEE (Main) OR Merit in the qualifying examination
  • Eligibility Student must have Passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks and Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Technical vocational subject.
  • The fee structure for the course is nearly INR 3.24Lac where as for management quota fee will be slightly higher than the regular fee depending on the score obtained in the previous exam.

For the entrance exam like UPSEE the application form starts from the month of Jan and will end by March. Once the results are out either of UPSEE or other entrance exam the application form will be released and candidates based on that can apply and take admissions for the same.

Since it is a private institute there is Dronacharya Group of Institutions Greater Noida B.Tech direct admissions for which basic marks in pre-qualifying examination is required.
