Direct Admission in Dronacharya College of Engineering 2026, Eligibility

In 1998, Dronacharya College of Engineering (DCE) was established in Haryana at Gurgaon as prominently known to be a private educational institution. This college NBA, NAAC & AICTE approved and also seeking affiliation from the MDU of Rohtak. DCE offers B-Tech, B-Tech lateral, and M-tech courses in their respective choice for taking up specializations. There are more than 180+ faculty members appointed for teaching purposes. They are recruited after examining their teaching skills and their effectiveness. The institute also offers placement training for all its final-year students looking for jobs right after their course training. The placement cell will arrange for one-on-one sessions for its students and analyze their SWOT/ SWOC. Some of the well-famed companies acting as recruiters are Infosys, Airtel, Wipro, IBM, HDFC Bank, Amazon, etc., and the average salary package to date is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is up to 10 LPA. DCE, only merit scholarship from the government is offered to the qualifying students.

There is more than 1600 seat intake by the Institution, inclusive of engineering and other UG courses per academic year.

• The B-Tech program is for full four years, and in DCE, the course is offered in five subject variants as Civil, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Communication engineering.
• The essential eligibility requirement for B-Tech is that candidates will have to finish their board exams with having a minimum percentage of 55% and also secure JEE Main exam scores that are conducted for qualifying engineering students and aiding them to secure admissions in good engineering colleges in the state or the country as it is a national level entrance exam.
• The DCE also offers B-Tech in the lateral entry, where the eligibility requirement is slightly different. It needs marks from 10th board exams and +3, i.e., Diploma in any relevant subject with an aggregate of 55%. They will check for JEE Main marks for lateral entry as well.
• For two years, the M-Tech program of Dronachary College of Engineering is conducted as the full-time duration is specializations like CS and Mechanical engineering.
• The M-Tech admission requirements are—the candidates must complete their degree course, i.e., B-Tech in the related subject without any backlogs and aggregate CGPA of 7
• The MBA course in DCE is provided in eight different subjects like HRM, Business Analytics, Finance, IT, IB, Marketing, Public policy, and Operations Management.
• DCE admissions criteria are that candidates must have done their business administration UG course in the respective subject and write any entrance exam like MAT for management studies admissions in this institute.
• For any of the other UG programs required qualification, students must have completed their primary education and take up any of the concerned entrance exams specified by the Institution.
• Any entrance exam scores are equally important with the merit scores of the last qualifying board or degree examination.
