KEAM counselling 2025 is conducted in online mode through the official web portal of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). The detailed counselling schedule will be announced by CEE after the declaration of KEAM 2025 results. Candidates whose names appear in the KEAM 2025 rank list for Engineering, Architecture, and B.Pharm courses can participate in the counselling process. While the whole counselling procedure is carried out online, the spot admission round will be done in offline mode. Candidates without internet access can take advantage of the free services offered by the government at designated centres throughout the state. These centres are known as Facilitation Centres (FCs). These will be set up for a limited time to help candidates with the KEAM registration process.
The KEAM CAP 2025 process includes several important steps, such as registration, rearranging choices if necessary, printing the final list of selected options, and going through both the provisional and final seat allotment stages. After the final allotment, candidates have to pay the option confirmation fee and complete their admission by visiting the allotted college. The KEAM 2025 CAP is likely to consist of three main rounds, after which a mop-up round will follow. After each allotment round, the cut-off will be published on the official website.

To participate in the KEAM Counselling 2025, candidates have to meet specific eligibility criteria.
Candidates have to meet the KEAM eligibility criteria for KEAM Counselling 2025 at the time of admission to their respective courses. If any candidate is found ineligible during document verification or the admission process, their application will be declined, and their candidature will be cancelled.
The KEAM 2025 counselling process is officially referred to as the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). It is the gateway for all eligible candidates to get admission to various courses in the Engineering, Architecture, and Pharmacy streams. The counselling process follows a Single Window System (SWS), ensuring transparency and efficiency. KEAM seat allocation will be done based on the candidate's ranks in the rank list and the preferences they submit. Once the KEAM 2025 rank list is published, candidates can participate in the KEAM counselling and appear for admission to their preferred colleges.
The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) 2025, also referred to as "Allotments Through Online Submission of Options." It will be supported technically by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in collaboration with the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala. Under CAP, eligible candidates can select their preferred choices of courses and colleges. Based on these preferences and the rhymes, allotment will be done. However, the final authority for seat allocation is with CEE. Candidates need to select only those colleges and courses they are generally willing to join. If a candidate fails to report to the allotted college and doesn't pay the admission fee within the deadline, then the seat allotted will be cancelled. Moreover, candidates will also lose the chance to claim the same seat on any of the following grounds.

During the counselling process, seats will be allotted based on the candidate's rank, preferences for college and course, and availability. To secure the allotted seat, candidates have to pay the admission fee through the CEE account. After making the fee payment, candidates are required to report to their allotted institutes to complete the admission process and confirm their seats.
To participate in the KEAM 2025 choice-filling process, candidates have to pay a counselling registration fee of Rs. 2000. For candidates who were allotted a seat, this amount will be adjusted with their tuition fees. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, or OBC categories. You are required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 500. If these candidates are allotted a seat, the amount will be adjusted in their deposit. In case no seat is allotted, then the full registration fee will be refunded.

1. Payment of Fees
Candidates who receive a fresh allotment must pay the required admission fee. The fee can be paid online or at one of the head post offices in Kerala. All of these posts will be available on the official KEAM website. It is important to make the payment within the specified deadline. After successful payment, candidates will receive a fee receipt. Failure to pay the fee on time will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
2. Reporting to the Allotted College
After fee payment, candidates have to report to the allotted college within the given timeframe. They are required to carry all the necessary documents for the document verification process.
