The notification for the final phase of web counselling for the AP EAMCET 2023 has been published on the official website eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. Until September 17, candidates can register, make fee payments, complete online certificate verification, and submit their course and college preferences.

 

The authority has stated that the qualified and eligible AP EAPCET 2023 candidates who took part in the AP EAMCET 1st counselling 2023 would need to exercise new alternatives for the open seats following the first round of allotment. The authorities further indicated that applicants who did not participate in the first phase might still have their certificates checked by the timetable during this AP EAMCET 2nd Counseling 2023.

 

According to an official statement, candidates do not need to pay the processing fee again for consequential vacancies that may arise during the allotment process or for additional seats that become available in new colleges or courses.

Who is eligible for AP EAMCET 2nd Counseling 2023?

Candidates are eligible for AP EAMCET counselling if they meet the requirements:

  • Candidates must pass the test and receive a rank to qualify for web-based Counseling in 2023.
  • Should be successful in the 10+2 Exam or a comparable test.
  • Candidates from the Other Category (General) must receive a minimum of 45% marks in group topics (44.5% and above).
  • Candidates from the reserved categories (BC, SC, and ST) must earn 40% marks in group subjects (or higher).

 

AP EAMCET Counseling Process 2023

Below are the specific AP EAMCET counselling processes for candidates to review:

  • The AP EAMCET Counseling 2023 fees must be paid online using credit, debit, or net banking. The candidates will receive an SMS verifying the transaction after completion. Use a computer at home or an internet cafe with a browser version of Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher to pay the processing charge.

  • Candidates must appear at their helpline centres after paying the counselling fee for document verification. The centre candidates must bring both the original and a copy of the required documentation. 
  • The candidates will be contacted for document verification by the achieved ranks. After the candidates' documents have been satisfactorily validated, a slip or receipt will be issued to them. It is necessary to verify the information on the slip for any discrepancies.
  • The third phase will require the candidates to complete their preferred courses and colleges. The candidates must sign up and create a new password before they can begin to complete the selections.
  • Probably on September 21, the outcome of the seat allocation for 2023 will be made public. The authority executes the assignment according to merit, category, candidate reservations, predetermined preferences, and availability of seats in the participating institutes. The allocated candidates must enter their respective candidate accounts to download their allotment letter.
  • When allocating seats is finished, qualified applicants must appear at the designated centre for seat confirmation. It should be remembered that a candidate's seat will be lost if they fail to show up at the designated centre. No candidate will be allowed to run for the seat after the last reporting date.
