The 2nd year fee will be Rs. 53,330, so the total fee will be Rs. 112,630. All students must pay university enrollment fees, insurance, and development fees during registration.

The MBA fee structure in BIET, Jhansi, will include a university fee of Rs. 2500 and an Institute fee of Rs. 63,330 in the 1st year of admission. The fee structure for MBA to be paid in the 2nd year will be Rs. 65,800, including Rs. 50,000 as tuition fee, Rs. 3000 as internet charges, library fee of 600, and other fees. The MBA course's fee structure will be per the norms of the AKTU and the State government.

BIET, Jhansi is a fully residential college consisting of two girls' hostels and 4 boy hostels, which can accommodate over 1500 students. Hostel facilities can opt only if the students want; it is a student’s option. There are different rooms, such as Single, double, and triple seats, with other fee structures. The hostel is attached to a mess facility and is supervised by a supervisor.
