• The Postgraduate Diploma Program in Business Management aims to help participants enhance their analytical and decision-making skills and their understanding of the economic, social, and political forces that shape the business climate. The curriculum focuses on planning, coordinating, guiding, and managing functions. There are two semesters in the program.
• A diploma in management program is structured to provide a robust framework and build broad skills and perspectives necessary for entry-level positions and support the student's ongoing education programs. The programs emphasize the use of practical methods for advancement and self-development and gaining a thorough awareness and understanding of real life. These programs are structured to serve as a critical connection between applying skills and management orientation.
• A certificate is a one-year program that focuses on Information Technology. This course is open to students who have completed their Higher Secondary or 10th grade at a recognized school. These credential programs include the most up-to-date techniques and expertise in developing new management specialization areas. These are built specifically for working executives, scientists, and serious scholars.

To be eligible for PGDM, students must have a graduation grade point average of at least 60% or a 6.5 CGPA. Students must pass national or state-level entrance exams like the MAT, CAT, or XAT, among others. Students should select a PGDM specialization based on their interests and abilities.

YMCA Institute of Management Studies Hostel fee:

The institute has 3 hostels for boys, namely CV Raman Hall, Zakir Hussain Hall, Nehru Hall, which can accommodate nearly 120 students, and 4 hostels for girls called Kasturba Hall, Sarojini Hall, Mother Teresa Hall, and Kalpana Chawla Hall.

The hostel has a chief hostel warden and a separate warden for boys and girls hostel to maintain safety and discipline among the students.
