• Candidates seeking admission in the B.Tech program at VNSGI should appear in the common entrance exam JEE-Mains. The NTA conducts the exam.
• The evaluation of the candidates will be based on their marks achieved in the entrance exam. Moreover, candidates are required to satisfy the VNSGI B Tech cut off norms.
• The final selection criteria for B Tech at VNSGI depends on JEE Main rank followed by DTE MP Online Counselling. The counselling phase takes place via online mode.
• To register for counselling, candidates are required to visit the official website of the DTE, MP, and they need to register based on their JEE Main score.
• While updating the supporting documents, JEE Main scorecard is mandatory. In case if candidates fail to upload the document, then their candidature might get cancelled.
• Once the counselling registration procedure concludes, the competent authority prepares the merit list by considering the score acquired in JEE Main and 12^th marks. The weightage will be given more for JEE Score.
• Students whose names are mentioned in the merit list are eligible to participate in the DTE MP Online counselling.
• Such candidates are required to verify their documents online. After the document verification process, they need to fill in their choices in the option entry form. Choose the VNSGI as a college preference.

To be eligible to apply in the M.tech course at VNSGI, candidates must follow the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

• The candidates must have completed their BE or B.Tech degree course. The course would have been completed in the relevant field.
• The degree should have been awarded by any university recognized by the UGC/AICTE.
• The candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in aggregation.
• In the case of the candidates belonging to the reserved category, the minimum aggregate marks will be 45%.
• The aggregate marks are counted based on the marks scored in all of the subjects added together.

• The selection of candidates in the M.Tech program at VNSGI is entrance exam-based.
• Candidates aspiring to take admission in the M.Tech program at VNSGI should undertake the entrance exam GATE. It is a national level entrance test administrated by IIT.
• The admission at VNSGI will be regulated by the DTE, state government of Madhya Pradesh.
• To apply to the M.Tech course, candidates must go through the official website of DTE and register themselves based on GATE valid score.
• Thus, a GATE scorecard is mandatory for securing admission seats through online counselling. The counselling rounds will be held online by DTE, MP.

• For VNSGI’s MBA admission, candidates must hold a UG degree in any discipline. Any approved university must recognize the degree under AIU, AICTE, UGC.
• The foreign university approved by the AIU is also considered eligible to apply to the MBA program at VNSGI.
• The candidates are required to score a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.

VNSGI MBA selection  criteria

• MBA admission seekers who are willing to enrol in VNSGI should have cleared any valid entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, CMAT or equivalent entrance tests.
• Selection criteria for MBA at VNSGI depend on the student’s score attained in the entrance test as well UG academic marks will be taken for consideration.
• The enrollment of candidates will be done through the DTE, the state government of Madhya Pradesh.

In addition to the B Tech engg streams, VNSGI offers a full-time on-campus B.Pharm degree at the UG level. The timeline of the B.Pharm course is 4 years, and it is distributed into 8 semesters. The total intake of candidates in the B.Pharm course at VNSGI is 100.

To be eligible to apply in the B.Pharm course at VNSGI, candidates must pass the following eligibility criteria.

• The candidates must have passed any 10+2 level board examination.
• The stream at 10+2 level should be Science. Both Biology or Mathematics stream candidates will be considered eligible for the B.Pharm admission at VNSGI.
• The examination should have been held by any recognized state or national level board of education.

• The mode of admission in the B.Pharm program at VNSGI is merit-based, followed by DTE MP online counselling.
