Vishnu Institute of Technology (VITB) is a private technological institute in the academic year 2008 by the Sri Vishnu Education Society. The Institute is offering B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programs with an intake of 720, 72, and 60 students affiliated with JNTU, Kakinada.

• The students applying for B.Tech admission should have basic eligibility of 10+2 in Mathematics and Physics with 45% marks.
• Students will be selected based on the AP EAMCET exam score and State Level Online counseling.
• To get admission into the M.Tech program, the candidate must have a B.Tech degree with 50% in relevant discipline from a recognized body.
• Admission to M.Tech will be based on the GATE entrance exam score.
• MBA admission requires basic eligibility of a bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks.
• Final admission will be made based on the marks in the APICET entrance exam, followed by Online Counseling held at the state level.

VITB B.Tech Admissions:

VITB is offering a B.Tech program in six specializations for four years with an intake of 120 students in each field. The candidate's basic eligibility for admission is 10+2 in Mathematics and Physics with 45% marks from the recognized body.

The students must have a valid score in the AP EAMCET entrance exam to get shortlisted by the college for further process. The shortlisted candidates will be called to attend the counseling and select their desired specialization.

VITB M.Tech Admissions:

VITB offers an M.Tech program with four specializations with an intake of 18 students in each field with basic eligibility of B.Tech in relevant stream with 50% marks from a recognized body. The students must have a valid score in the GATE exam to get selected for admission to the M.Tech program. Candidates with a correct Score in the AP PGECET exam can also apply for access to the M.Tech program.

VITB MBA Admissions:

VITB is providing an MBA program for two years with an intake of 60 students. The students must have primary education or bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks. The students with valid scores in the APICET exam will be selected for the institute's final admission process. The selected students will have to attend state-level online counseling.

VITB Reservation Criteria:

VITB has reserved 33% of the total seats for Female students in each course and each category. This reservation does not apply to the selected candidates based on merit. 1% of the seats are reserved for NCC students, and 0.5% are reserved for the Sports category students. VITB Scholarship Details:

• The Scholarships are provided for the students per the norms of AICTE, New Delhi.
• Students whose parents have less than 1 LPA income and have scores of more than 8 CGPA will be provided with the Scholarship.
• Students who have cleared the GATE exam will also receive the scholarship.
• Students belonging to the Economically Weaker section will be offered a Scholarship by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh’s Fee Reimbursement Scheme, a student education sponsorship program.
