VITB is offering a B.Tech program in six specializations for four years with an intake of 120 students in each field. The candidate's basic eligibility for admission is 10+2 in Mathematics and Physics with 45% marks from the recognized body.

VITB M.Tech Admissions:
VITB offers an M.Tech program with four specializations with an intake of 18 students in each field with basic eligibility of B.Tech in relevant stream with 50% marks from a recognized body. The students must have a valid score in the GATE exam to get selected for admission to the M.Tech program. Candidates with a correct Score in the AP PGECET exam can also apply for access to the M.Tech program.

VITB is providing an MBA program for two years with an intake of 60 students. The students must have primary education or bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks.
