• Compulsory subjects: Physics & Mathematics
• Optional Subject as any one of them: Chemistry/ Bio- Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject.
• Percentage criteria: securing a minimum of 50% (For SC/ST/Reserve candidates, 45%) marks in required subject combination (2 compulsories & one optional) taken together.

VBIT BTECH Selection Process

• For the B.Tech program, the VBIT selection process will be based on the merit of the Entrance test conducted by AP EAMCET.
• OR Management quota – 50% marks and must possess availed.
• OR direct admission through walk-in on campus or apply online for registration.

VBIT MCA Eligibility criteria

• The convener quota is 70% of the intake. Students who pass any degree from any university recognized by UGC are eligible to apply for ICET Admission Test.

• Percentage criteria: securing a minimum of 50% (For SC/ST/Reserve candidates, 45%) marks in aggregate without any grace marks.
• Should have a valid score in ICET.
