SRM TRPEC offers a full-time on-campus Masters in Engineering (ME/M Tech ) course under two different disciplines, VLSI Designs and Thermal Engineering. The course spread is two years and four semesters.

• Candidates seeking admission in ME/M Tech courses at SRM TRPEC have to undergo the entrance exam TANCET, conducted by Anna University or the National level entrance examination GATE.
• To be eligible to apply in the ME program at SRM TRPEC, candidates must have a BE or B.Tech degree in relevant stream from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.
• The total intake of candidates in the ME course is 36. The final selection of candidates would be based on TANCA counselling.
