SJIM offers a PGDM program in combination courses for two years, and students can choose their combination.

• The College offers HRM + Finance to study in-depth knowledge about mergers, taxation, financial modeling, and acquisitions.
• The second combination will be Finance + Marketing for students with enthusiastic personalities in finance and marketing.
• The third combination will be Marketing + HRM to teach internal marketing, potential employees, and more.
• The four combinations are Finance + Operation for those who have a background in quantitative or engineering.
• The fifth combination will be Marketing + Operation, which trains students to have a career in operations and Management.

St. Josephs College Eligibility/Selection Criteria

• Candidates willing to apply for PGDM admission at St Joseph College Bangalore must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60%.
• The applicants who have cleared graduation in the first attempt can apply, and students waiting for final year results can also apply.
• The PGDM selection process at SJIM will be based on CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT / ATMA / CMAT entrance scores.
• The mode of the SJIM application form filling procedure is online. The students will have to fill out the application form with all the information asked by the Institute.
• SJIM PGDM application fees will be RS 1000/- and students shall pay offline or online.
• Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage. During the seat allotment process, they get primary preference.
• For PGDM admission in SJIM, Candidates will be shortlisted based on the entrance test score, work experience, and past academic marks.
• The shortlisted students will have to attend the personal interview and English language test conducted by the Institute.
• The individuals will get mail or SMS from the Institute after the selection, and students will have to visit the Campus with original documents.
