The SSASIT is one of the progressing institutes that provides a Diploma and an undergraduate degree in Engineering. Established in 2006, SSASIT is managed by Shree Tapi Brahmcharyashram Trust and affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and got its approval from AICTE, New Delhi. The SSASIT offers a full-time BE course under seven programmers, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Internet of Things, Electrical Vehicles, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The annual intake of the B Tech is 30 seats for each branch.

• Candidates seeking admission in BE courses ay SSASIT need to undertake the state level entrance exam GUJCET.
• In addition, students need to pass a 10+2 exam from any recognized board of education with 45% marks in aggregation, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry being the compulsory subjects.
• Students must score well in GUJCET entrance exam as equal to the SSASIT cut off norms set by admission authority.
• 50% of the total intake would be sanctioned by the Joint Admission Committee for Professional Course, Ahmadabad. The rest of 50% would be for management quota, and the Institute would handle it.

The SSASIT offers Diploma programmers under two courses, Refrigeration and Airconditioning and Electronics & Manufacturing. The duration of the course is 1 year. The total intake of candidates in the course is 60.

• Candidates seeking admission in Diploma courses at SSASIT need to pass 10th from any recognized board of education.
• Selection of the candidates is based on merit in qualifying exam. In addition, candidates must obtain minimum 35% aggregate marks in 10th board exam.

• Candidates seeking admission in SSASIT need to visit the official site of  Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar (GSEB)
• Candidates then need to register themselves and then fill up the application form. To be noted, New applicants have to register their name before filling an online form. They have to obtain the information brochure that is User PIN by paying INR 350 at designated help center.
• Students need to print the application and send the hard copies and copies of mandatory documents and send it to Secretary of Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell with DD of Rs 300.
