Eligibility Criteria

Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences eligibility for MBBS admission:

• Secure an aggregate of 50% marks in PCMB subjects in their 10+2 board exams. 
• For SC/ ST reserved category students, min 45% marks will be accepted. 
• The applicants must be at least 17 years old, as stated by NMC.  

PIMS Admission Process

PIMS Jalandhar DNB admission 

PIMS provides DNB (Diplomate of National Board) postgraduate training in varied clinical disciplines. It is NBE-accredited and considered equivalent to MD/MS degrees in India. It is a 3-year program. 

• Students must have completed their MBBS degree along with an internship to be eligible for the DNB course. 
• Selections are strictly based on NEET PG scores and counselling rounds.

PIMS also offers a Diploma course for the duration of 2 years. The minimum criteria is to have passed the 10th and 12th exams from a recognized board. Selections are based on merit.
