The entry to the MBBS program is through NEET UG 2026, followed by  KNRUHS Telangana NEET UG Counselling. Candidates are admitted based on NEET score, and then through the centralized counselling process. MBBS program requires 5.5 years, including 1 year of compulsory rotatory internship.

Eligibility – MBBS

The following are the requirements applicants must meet for MBBS admission:

• 12th passout in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English.
• A minimum of 50 percent PCB marks are required for applicants who belong to the general category. Candidates of the reserved category will have relaxations in the marks as prescribed by the Government.
• Applicants should be at least 17 years old as of 31st Dec, 2026, that is, they must have turned at least 17 years at that time.
