Modugula Kalavathamma Institute of Technology for Women was established in 2008 under the aegis of the Sri Annamacharya Education Society. MKITW is allied with JNTU, While AICTE approves the courses offered by MKITW. The college provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA. • For admission to the B Tech at MKITW, candidates must pass in 10+2 with a minimum of 45% score. MKITW offers B Tech in four disciplines. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are required topics for all applicants.
• A student's admission is determined by their performance on AP EAMCET Entrance Test conducted by APSCHE.

• The MKITW offers admission to the M Tech at the PG level in four disciplines.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university to be considered for admission. The minimum qualifying marks should be above 50%.

• M Tech admission at MKITW is based on GATE/PGECET scores.

In addition to the engineering streams, MKITW offers admission to the MBA management stream for two years.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university to be considered for admission. In addition, students must score above 50% marks at the UG level.

• MKITW offers admission to the MBA based on the candidate's performance in the state-level entrance test that is AP ICET.

M Tech application process: Applications for M.Tech Programs are accepted only in person on campus.

• To apply, you must send a Demand Draft together with the appropriate papers to the admissions department.
• There is a registration cost of INR 1000 in a Demand Draft (with a fine of INR 2000).
• Copies of documents that have been self-attested are necessary.

B Tech & MBA application process: Admission to the B Tech & MBA is based on an entrance test followed by Web Counselling. Thus, eligible students must register for counselling. Through counselling, seat allocation takes place.

• It is important for students who have achieved a certain rank to list their first choice of colleges during admissions counselling.
• After seat allotment, candidates are required to report to the allotted college for the document verification process.
