Modi Institute of Technology B.Tech eligibility criteria

To take admission to the B.Tech program at Modi Institute, candidates have to pass the following eligibility criteria laid down by MIT, Kota.

  • The applicants must have appeared and passed in 10+2 or any equivalent HSC level examination.
  • The compulsory subjects at the HSC level should be Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • The applicants must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregation.
  • For the candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories, the minimum aggregate marks would be 40%.
  • For the B.Tech lateral entry admission in MIT Kota, the applicants must have passed any Diploma level  program in relevant fields. Candidates who holds B Sc degree are also eligible to apply.

Modi Institute of Technology B.Tech selection criteria

  • MIT,Kota B Tech Selection Criteria depends on student’s performance in JEE main followed by REAP Counselling. The counselling will be admistrated by RTU, Kota.
  • The candidates willing to take admission in the B.Tech (Lateral) program at MIT should apply through Rajasthan LEEP.
  • Candidates who are having zero/negative mark in JEE Main are not eligible for securing admission seat in MIT.
  • Certain seats are also reserved for B Tech Management quota admission in Modi Institute. To be eligible to apply, candidates required to satisfy the eligibility norms prescribed by Rajasthan Govt/RTU/AICTE/REAP.

 Modi Institute of Technology Application Process

  • Intrested & eligible applicants who wish to apply for B Tech admission through REAP, have to visit the official website of REAP/RTU to fill online registeration form.
  • For MIT Kota REAP Seats, admission and seat allocation will be done through counselling based on student’s JEE Main merit rank as well choice of preference.
  • For MIT Kota Management seats, applicants should go through the official website of MIT, Kota, and navigate through the online admission section.
  • After that, the candidates will be required to register themselves as new candidates.
  • After successful registration, the applicants must proceed with filling the MIT application form.
  • Once the application form is filled, candidates must submit it by paying the MIT application fees.
  • The application fees can be paid via the multiple payment modes available on the admission portal of the Modi Institute.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for the next round of admission offline.
  • The counseling and document verification round will take place at the MIT, Kota campus.
