Jeppiaar Maamallan Engineering College (JMEC) is a private engineering college recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The foundation of this college was laid by Col. Dr. Jeppiaar, as an attempt to rejuvenate enthusiasm for the youth pursuing a career in technological fields. As a result, academics began in this college in 2001. JMEC is located in Kancheepuram district, in Tamil Nadu.
JMEC offers admission in courses at the Undergraduate (UG) level in the form of Bachelor of Engineering (BE)/ Bachelor of Technology (B. JMEC also provides a postgraduate level of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) to the UG graduates. In addition, candidates must score above 50% marks in BCA degree or equivalent.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is also provided at JMEC to eligible candidates at the postgraduate level in four jurisdictions. The duration of the course is of two years.
